dc.description.abstract | Energy levels of the hydrogen molecular ion H 2+ consists of the symmetric and
anti-symmetric energy. Symmetry energy with the 1s orbital in the hydrogen atom has an minimum energy equilibrium at -15,3634 eV at the position 2,5ao, while the anti-symmetric energy does not have the energy balance at all distances between the nuclei. On the symmetric state, if the nuclei close together towards the equilibrium position, the energy will attract powerfull, while far from each other when the nuclei from equilibrium positions, the energy of attraction will be powerless. In anti-symmetric state energy, when the two nuclei close together, it has a repulsive energy powerfull, while the two atomic nuclei far from each other, it has a repulsive energy powerless. | en_US |
