Oyster mushrooms are one of the many popular commodity various circles of society, because it is the business of oyster mushroom cultivation has good potential for profit. In the oyster mushroom cultivation, temperature and humidity have a very important role in the growth of fungal mycelium. Mushroom mycelium will grow and thrive in temperatures 22-28 ° C and humidity of 60-80%. In this design, the temperature and humidity are measured using SHT11 sensor and displayed on the LCD. The next one measured temperature values to be processed by a microcontroller, whether it is in accordance with the desired temperature. Thereafter, if the temperature does not match, then the temperature and humidity will be processed with fuzzy logic control to get a response from the device temperature and humidity adjustments are a fan, spray nozzle, and the blower fan. Of designing a system that has been described above, showed that the system can achieve the range of temperature and humidity well at night, while with the temperature value at 28° C and 74% humidity values. While at the time of day, the system is still not working optimally because the temperature control actuator performance has not been able to achieve the desired temperature range. The final value of the temperature adjustment is still experiencing overshoot of 30° C, but towards the final moisture meets the desired value ranging between 60-80%.en_US
