dc.description.abstractThis research intend to make inquiries about the influence of service quality towards consumen satisfactions at Wisata Pantai Pasir Putih Situbondo in simultance and partial. Analitical method that used by researcher are logistic regression, F test, R Square (R 2 ), t test and partial corellations (r 2 ). Sample that used in this research are consumen at Wisata Pantai Pasir Putih Situbondo about 50 responden that considerable to representative the whole population with purpossive sampling technique, through questioner. The calculation result showed that F test F count >F (1,656<2,45), R Square (R 2 ) are 21,9%, t test result are dimension realibility (X table ) -0,180, responsiveness(X 2 ) -0,615, assurance (X 3 ) 1,836, empathy (X ) -1,445 and tangibles (X 5 ) -0,103 and partial corellations (r 2 4 ) dimension realibility (X ) -0,027, responsiveness(X 2 ) 0,092, assurance (X 3 ) -0,267, empathy (X ) 0,213 and tangibles (X ) -0,016. According to the result, the research indicate the variable of service quality 5 which representative by dimension realibility (X 1 ), responsiveness(X ), assurance (X 3 ), empathy (X 4 ) and tangibles (X ), as simultance and partial unsignificantly influence to consumen satisfactionen_US
