The combustion in the engine is very important in internal combustion engine as this will affect the overall engine performance and efficiency of combustion in the engine. In addition, the effects of incomplete combustion in the combustion chamber of the machine can cause knocking effect on resulting with declining performance of the machine so it need an alternative to improve engine performance. One of these alternatives is by using the Bioetanol Injection. Bioetanol Injection or abbreviated as BI is a method to inject the Bioetanol through the nozzle into the manifold to mix with gasoline and then entered into the combustion chamber. By using Bioetanol Injection it expected to increase the performance of this engine without disassemble the original machine. For engine performance testing is using motor cycle dynamometer tool to determine the torque, power transmission and the result were compared with using pure gasoline fuel. The result are the torque and effective power produced with premium fuel with the additive Bioetanol injection is higher than the test with just using premium fuel. Optimal results obtained at Bioetanol injection with 5 ml/min flow rate variation that gave the best performance. From the test results and analysis of date obtained maximum torque increased by 13.7% from the optimal torque without adding fuel ix th Bioetanol at 0.29 Kg.m to 0.33Kg.m after the addition of Bioetanol injection with a flow rate of 5 ml/min. The maximum effective power increase of 18.18% from the optimal power without adding fuel Bioetanol at 5.5 HP to 6.5 HP after the addition of Bioetanol injection with a flow rate of 5 ml/min. The fuel consumption increases with the addition of Bioetanol injection. The largest increase occurred in fuel with variation the addition of Etanol injection with a flow rate of 5 ml/min, from standard fuel consumption of .9756 kg/hour to 1.5927en_US
