ANALISIS KADAR SIPROFLOKSASIN DALAM SEDIAAN TABLET DENGAN METODE SPEKTROSKOPI NEAR- INFRARED DAN KEMOMETRIK
Abstract
Ciprofloxacin is a synthetic fluoroquinolone antimicrobial agent that act through the
inhibition of DNA-gyrase, a critical enzyme to bacterial chromosome replication.
Ciprofloxacin exhibits broad spectrum antimicrobial activity against gram-positive
and gram-negative and it is used in the treatment of a wide range for infectious
disease of the urinary, respiratory and gastrointestinal tracts, as well as in skin
structure and ocular infections but it can cause resistance when used for long term.
In this study, we have developed method of analysis Ciprofloxacin’s level on tablets
dosage forms by Near-Infrared

significance of Ciprofloxacin’s level that have been measured by NIR and UV-Vis
spectrofotometry was evaluated with Paired Samples T-Test. In conclusion,
ciprofloxacin’s level that have been measured with both methods gave no meaningful
difference which is the significance level is 0,249
