dc.description.abstract	Purpose of this research is to test budgeting participation and motivation to work achievement in BLH Bondowoso regency. Research design applied in this research is research of explanatory with aim to know effect of budgeting participation and motivation to work achievement. Population in this research is all officer Badan Lingkungan Hidup Bondowoso regency a number of 306. Sampling method with purposive random sampling. Chosen sample 64 respondents. analytical method applies instrument test of data, multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing. Research result done at BLH Bondowoso regency for example budgeting participation influencel in signifikan to work achievement at BLH Bondowoso regency Motivasi influence in signifikan to work achievement BLH Bondowoso regency. Bugetimng participation and motivation influential in signifikan to work achievement in BLH Bondowoso regency.	en_US
