| dc.description.abstract | Indonesia as a country located at the confluence of three continental plates, has a lot
of disaster prone areas. Disasters have an impact in people's lives, so we need the
efforts of disaster risk reduction among like is psycho education. Psycho education
aims to develop various life skills. The final results of this study identifies the
influence of floods and landslides psycho education towards disaster preparedness
before and after intervention. This study using pre-experimental research design with
one group pretest and posttest. Sampling technic was used a total sampling with 25
respondents of V graders MI. Data analysis used t-test with 95% CI. The results
showed that there was a highly significant effect of psycho education on floods and
landslides to disaster preparedness ( p-value 0.000). Nurses can use psycho
education to improve disaster preparedness in school students. | en_US |
