dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this study are to know effect of finance have substance salary, incentive, safe program, facility, payment out of time work toward office workers. Population includes all workers in PT. Bussan Auto Finance Jember. The sample consists of 33 workers in a part. Data are analyzed using multiple regression analysis. Data is collected from kuisioner that distributed to 33 workers. The result of this research using multiple regression analysis found that three variables (salary, incentive and safe program) that significantly effect toward office workers. Facility and payment out of time work had insignificant effect.en_US
