The a c t ion wa s im pleme nted in two c y c l e s in or d e r to a c hieve the ob jec ti ve s o f thi s c lassr oom a c ti on re se a rc h. The fi r st c y c le w a s done in thre e mee ti n g s include d t he re a din g c ompre he nsion test. Th e re sult of the c lassro om obser va ti on showe d th a t 65.62% in mee ti ng 1 a nd 74.19% i n mee ti ng 2, of the students we re a c ti ve dur in g the tea c hin g lea rnin g pr oc e ss. I t sho we d that ther e wa s im pr ove ment of the stud e nts’ a c ti ve pa rticipa ti on fr om mee ti ng 1 to mee ti n g 2, but it ha d not a c hieve d the obj e c ti ve of the re se a rc h that w a s 75% or more o f the students wh o we r e a c ti ve in re a din g a c ti vit y . I n a ddit ion, the re sult of r e a ding c ompre h e nsion tes t in the fir st c y c le h a d n ot a c hieve d ii the c riter ia of succ e ss of the re se a rc h that wa s 75 % or more of the students g ot ≥ 75 in the re a din g c omp re he nsi on test. The pe rc e nta g e of the students who g ot sc or e ≥ 75 wa s onl y 23 students or 74.19% of 32 students. B a se d on the r e sult of the fir st c y c le a bove , the se c ond c y c le wa s ne c e ssa r y to be c onduc ted. S ome re visi on ha d be e n made to solve the pr oble ms found in the fir st c y c le. The c lassro om obse r va ti on a nd re a din g c ompre h e nsion test in the se c ond c y c l e showe d a n im pr ove ment. I n the c lassro om obse rva ti on, the students’ a c ti ve p a r ti c ipation showe d that 74.19% in mee ti ng 1 a nd 86.20% in mee ti ng 2 of the students a c ti ve l y pa rticip a ted in the tea c hin g lea rnin g pr oc e s s. S o, the re sult of the o bser va ti on in mee ti n g 1 a nd mee ti n g 2 ha d a c hieve d the obj e c ti ve s of the re se a rc h. In re a din g c ompre h e nsio n test, th e pe rc e nt a g e o f the studen ts who g ot sc o re ≥ 75 w a s 29 students, o r 93 . 54 % of 32 students. B a se d on the r e sult s, it c a n be c onc lud e d that the a c ti ons in c y c le 2 we r e succ e ssful b e c a us e the r e sult s of c lassro om obs e rva ti on a nd r e a din g c ompre he nsion test a c hieve d the obj e c ti v e s of the r e s e a r c h.
