GAMBARAN SANITASI LINGKUNGAN RUMAH TINGGAL DENGAN KEJADIAN PENYAKIT DEMAM BERDARAH DENGUE (DBD) DI KECAMATAN SUMBERSARI KABUPATEN JEMBER (Studi pada wilayah kerja Puskesmas Sumbersari)
Abstract
Unhealthy housing conditions can be at risk of infectious diseases, especially based
environment, because the house is closely related to unhealthy environmental
sanitation. One of the environmental-based diseases are found in Indonesia is
Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF). Based on the distribution of the data obtained
that one of the districts with the highest number of cases is Sumbersari district by the
number of 217 cases and 124 of them are in the working area Sumbersari health
center by the number of deaths up to 2 people. The research was conducted on the
working area Sumbersari Health Center by taking a number of 54 sample houses who
have had dengue. The research method used in this study is to survey and survey
research methods in this study belong to the household survey. The results showed
that there are some houses that had suffered from dengue included in the unhealthy
category, such as: the absence of the ceiling, the trash that does not qualify (such as:
not water and no cap) and the sewer line is directly discharged into the river without
going through the treatment process. In addition, the discovery of mosquito larvae in
bamboo holes, custom hang clothes, no installation of wire netting, the absence of
netting installation in the bedroom and did not abate after sowing powder bathroom
drain. The advice can be given is better to do repairs on houses belonging to the
component is not healthy, such as: improvements to the ceiling, the addition of
cement on the wall that was still semi-permanent, and so on.
