GAMBARAN PEMERIKSAAN IgM ANTI-HAV PADA PEDAGANG KAKI LIMA DI JALAN KALIMANTAN KECAMATAN SUMBERSARI KABUPATEN JEMBER
Abstract
Today, food vendor such as street vendors are familiar in our society. Most people
prefer to buy processed food rather than making their own food because practical
reasons and saving time. One of common diseases are Hepatitis A that can be caused
by Hepatitis A Virus. The purpose of this study was to descripte the examination
anti-HAV IgM at Kalimantan road in Jember district. The method used in this study
is descriptive method. This study is referred as an observasional study because it’s
only studied the subject of research and searchnig related data for reserch without
giving treatment of subjects. The result show that 4 respondents (16%) have positive
anti-HAV IgM and 21 respondens (84%) have negative anti-HAV IgM. The result
observation of personal hygiene show (20%) respondens have a bad personal
hygiene, 24% respondents have enough personal hygiene and 56% have a good
personal hygiene. Suggestion for street food vendors is to keep attention on their
personal hygiene and their food sanitation include food, water and vending facilities.
