KAJIAN KEJADIAN PERTOLONGAN PERSALINAN DUKUN BAYI (NON TENAGA KESEHATAN) DI ERA JAMINAN PERSALINAN (JAMPERSAL) DI TAHUN 2011 (Studi kasus pada wilayah kerja Puskesmas Bangsalsari Kabupaten Jember)
Abstract
Since the government has issued a new policy that is called childbirth guarantee or
well-known as Jampersal, it means that the government gives a chance to the
pregnant people for access childbirth services in the public health services like
midwife or others medical practitioner. Childbirth guarantee policy is one of main to
increase all of childbirth doing by midwife, so it can decrease the childbirth who
doing by indigenous medical practitioner. But in a fact, the government’s expectation
to increase childbirth doing by midwife can’t be reached because of many people
especially in working of district Puskesmas Bangsalsari still birth in the indigenous
medical practitioner although there was Jampersal policy. The purpose of this
reseach is to learn childbirth aid incident by indigenous medical practitioner in the
Jampersal era at 2011 by case studies at working of district Puskesmas Bangsalsari
of Kabupaten Jember. This research is a descriptive research. Data was collected
using by interview methode with interview guiden. Based on the result of the
research, many people said that to access childbirth aid at indigenous medical
practitioner were influenced by economy, need, culture, geographic, and relationship
between midwife and indigenous medical practitioner. Beside that, childbirth aid at
indigenous medical practitioner who access by pregnant people also influenced by
marketing strategy who doing by midwife and indigenous medical practitioner. So
that, to solve the problem of childbirth aid in the indigenous medical practitioner
which happened at Jampersal era 2011, midwife have to improve and increase the
Jampersal marketing strategy especially for pregnant people by socialization in many
places.
