| dc.description.abstract | The Phenomena of Indonesian workers migration to go abroad is trending in the past
few years. With little opportunity to get jobs in domestic parralel with the increasing
of expenses forced many Indonesian workers to seek job to other countries as
Domestic Workers in Saudi Arabia. The occurance of violence, sexual harrassment
towards these workers is not protected by a certain constraint of law. This fact
pushed the Goverment of Indonesia to issue the termination of labor export to Saudi
Arabia. This research tries to analyze the factors that influence the Goverment of
Indonesia to terminate labor export of domestic workers to Saudi Arabia, in the cause
to know why the decision is made by the goverment.
