HUBUNGAN TINGKAT KEMAMPUAN KELUARGA MELAKUKAN MANAJEMEN NUTRISI DENGAN STATUS NUTRISI IBU HAMIL TRIMESTER II DI WILAYAH KERJA PUSKESMAS MUMBULSARI KABUPATEN JEMBER
Abstract
Nutritional imbalance problem that often occurs in pregnant women is less
than the intake of nutrients the body needs. Family Efforts that can be done to
overcome the problems nutrition of pregnant women is doing a nutrient
management. The purpose of this research is to know correlate the level of family
ability to do nutrient management with nutritional status of second trimester
pregnant women. The research design is observational with retrospectif
approach. The sampling technique is used a purposive sampling with total sample
of 47 families. Based on the results of the study it was concluded that the
nutritional status of second trimester pregnant women showed that the nutritional
status of pregnant women have less that of 30 mothers (63.8%), while the
implementation of nutritional management of the family show of 23 families
(49%) are able to implement nutrient management. The analysis used was
Spearman Rank correlation test. Based on test results by looking at the value
significancy p value <α (0.002 <0.05) which mean H0 rejected, it means there is
correlation between the ability of families to nutrition management of nutritional
status of pregnant women with second trimester in the working area of
Mumbulsari community health care in Jember district. Spearman correlation
values (r) this study of r = 0.434, it was the positive correlation with the strength
of the correlation is . It Means that the more capable of nutrient management, the
better nutritional status of pregnant women.
