PENGARUH MOTIVASI TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN KECAMATAN KABUPATEN JEMBER (STUDI KASUS KECAMATAN PAKUSARI)

Abstract

The aim of the study is recoqnizo motivation the effect of some factors in the variables to the performance of the workers. There are 25 respondent at the sample of this study. Consus method is used to collect those samples to analyze the data, we used linier regression. Analysis of the result shewed simultancously enviroument factor and motivation factor variablehave siqnificant effect to the workersperformance. Partially each variable also has siqnificant relatoin to the workers perfomance wherees, enviorement variable has more effect to the performance than motivation variable
