Abstract
Polyphenol biosensor based on Polyphenol oxidase from banana extract and 3-Methyl-2-Benzothiazolinone Hydrazone is an analysis device
for detecting polyphenol in beverage tea product. The purpose of biosensor
development is for detecting polyphenol in beverage tea product especially green tea
product simply, easily, and efficiently. The polyphenol biosensor has been made by
immobilized mixed of 100% m/v extract banana standarized and 24 mg/ml 3-methyl2-benzothiazolinone
