HUBUNGAN MOTIVASI PRESTASI DENGAN KINERJA PEGAWAI PADA DINAS PENDAPATAN DAERAH KABUPATEN JEMBER
Abstract
Problems that happened on Department of Area Earnings Sub-Province of
Jember especially about performance officer that the indication shows not yet optimal
performance from work officer. Attainment of less optimal performance resulted
from motivate factor to have achievement from its officer. This research pursuant to
formulate of basic problem, "How Close the Connection between Achievement
Motivation and Performance Officer in Department of Area Earnings Sub-Province
of Jember?”
Achievement Motivation expected can improve officer performance, so that
the result that being got will be maximal at the end. This matter supported by Mc.
Clelland (in Mangkunegara, 2004:68) it said that: "Officer will reach maximal
performance if he have high achievement motivation.
These research aims to know the relation between motivate achievement and
officer performance at Department of Area Earnings Sub-Province of Jember. This
Research has located in Department of Area Earnings Sub-Province of Jember.
This research use analyze quantitative data technique which collect expressed
data’s with numbers and by using correlation formula of Rank Spearman (rs). From
the result of calculation with formula of rs we can get the correlation value later and
then compared to critical value at tables of P so rs calculate bigger than rs of tables
with the meaning there is a relation between achievement motivation with officer
performance. To test the signification, we can perform examination with formula of t
test. Pursuant to result of t test above and then compared to t of tables with db = N-2
and level of signification 95% mistake 5% hence t calculate bigger than t tables of
hence pursuant to result of calculation of t test "There is relation which is significant
between officer achievement motivation with officer performance at Department of
Area Earnings Sub-Province of Jember".
