FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI PRODUKTIVITAS TENAGA KERJA PADA INDUSTRI KECIL GENTENG DI DESA KALIBAGOR KECAMATAN SITUBONDO KABUPATEN SITUBONDO
Abstract
This research aim to know factors influencing labor productivity at micro
industry of tile in Kalibagor Countryside Situbondo District Situbondo
Subprovince.
The type of this research is explanatory that is research type with aim to
know the relationship of two or more variables. This research explain variables
influencing micro industrial labor productivity of tile in Kalibagor Countryside
Situbondo District Situbondo Subprovince, namely age, works period, and level
of education. Data in this research obtained primary data of interview, questioner,
and secondary data.
Analyses method of data uses multiple linear regressions. Pursuant to
result of research known that age, works period, and level of education
simultaneously have significant effect to micro industrial labor productivity of tile
in Kalibagor Countryside Situbondo District Situbondo Subprovince. Result of
linier regressions with F-test indicate that age, works period, and level of
education have significant effect to micro industrial labor productivity with
mistakes frequency 5%. Result of partially indicate that age have probability
value of t equal to 0,131. This probability value is bigger than level of
significance (α = 0,05) meaning as parsial age don’t have a significant influence
to productivity. Variable works period have probability value of t equal to 0,007.
This probability value is more less than level of significance (α = 0,05) meaning
as parsial works period have a significant influence to productivity. Level of
education have probability value of t equal to 0,037. This probability value is
more less than level of significance (α = 0,05) meaning as parsial level of
education have a significant influence to productivity.
Result of research show the coefficient of multiple determinations is 0,455
meaning the level of change of productivity capable to be explained age, works
period, and level of education is equal to 45,5% while the rest equal to 54,5%
influented by other factors outside this analysis.
