FAKTOR YANG BERHUBUNGAN DENGAN PEMILIHAN PEMANFAATAN PELAYANAN DEPO FARMASI UMUM INSTALASI RAWAT JALAN RSD dr. SOEBANDI JEMBER TAHUN 2012

Abstract

Pharmacy service is one of services provided in the Hospital. The existence of pharmacy in the hospital was very important because patients did’t have difficult to looked for the pharmacy outside. In reality, there was still many patients who bought drugs at a pharmacy outside the RSD dr. Soebandi. The purpose of this reseach was to analysed factors related to the public pharmacy service advantage selection of out patient installation RSD dr. Soebandi Jember. This research was analytical research. Based on the time, it belongs to cross sectional research. Data was collected using interview. Then the collected data was analysed using chi-square test with significant level = 0,05. The result of the research showed income, knowledge, pharmacy service, and giving information related to public pharmacy service advantage selection of out patient installation RSD dr. Soebandi Jember. Whereas experience, providing facility, medicine price and medicine completed did not related to public pharmacy service advantage selection of out patient installation RSD dr. Soebandi Jember. Based on the result of this research, the hospital consider add facility in public pharmacy, separated room service and provide the queue number.
