dc.description.abstract | Compensation is everything which the official employees receive as a
recompense for their work. For on organisatior or company, it means a reward for
the employees who have given their contribution in materializing purpose by
working. Compensation as a reward is not only in form of giving wage or salary
as a result of an appointment tobe the employee of the organization or the
company. Exactly it can increase an decrase work achievement, work satisfaction,
and motivation of the employees. So, attention of the organization to control the
compentation correctly and fairly is very important to be increased.
The research is done at PT. Karteksi Duta Djakarta, branch of Mojokerto
it is a outsourcing company that provides service of the employee. This company
has 25 employees, so that all of them are taken as the research respondent. It is
usually called as census sampling. Purpose of this research is to know whether
there is a significant effect or not between the giving of compensation and work
satisfaction of outsourcing official employee at PT. Karteksi Duta Djakarta,
branch of Mojokerto. Another purpose is to know how far the correlation between
the giving of compensation and work satisfaction of outsourcing official employee
at PT. Karteksi Duta Djakarta, branch of Mojokerto.
The analysis of correlation that is used in this research is rank spearman.
A result of the analysis is 0,5466. It is to know whether or not there is a relation
between the giving of compensation and work satisfaction of outsourcing officical
employee at PT. Karteksi Duta Djakarta, branch of Mojokerto. T-tes is done, the
result of the test is 3,131. So, it can be concluded that the correlation between the
giving of compensation and work satisfaction of outsourcing official employee at
PT. Kareteksi Duta Djakarta, branch of Mojokerto is significant moreover, there is
an average correlation between both of variables. | en_US |
