ANALISIS PENERIMAAN SISTEM INFORMASI MANAJEMEN PUSKESMAS ELEKTRONIK (SIMPUSTRONIK) DENGAN PENDEKATAN TECHNOLOGY ACCEPTANCE MODEL (TAM) PADA PETUGAS LOKET PUSKESMAS DI KABUPATEN BONDOWOSO

Abstract

A large number of information technology systems fail in their implementation not because of technical factors but human resources factor. A number of researches have shown that the behavior of users of an information system technology has an important role on the success of its implementation. The objective of this research is to analyze the factors that influence the acceptance of Simpustronik (electronic health information management system) to admission officers at public health center using technology acceptance model (TAM) approach. This research was conducted through interview using questionnaires to the admission officers of public health centre. Data gained were analyzed using multiple regression analysis with SPSS 17.0. The results showed that there was an effect of perceived easy of use on perceived usefulness 93%. There was an effect of perceived easy of use on attitude toward using Simpustronik 29%. There was an effect of perceived usefulness on attitude toward using Simpustronik 30,3%. There was an effect of perceived usefulness on intention to use Simpustronik 53,9%. There was an effect of attitude toward using Simpustronik on intention to use Simpustronik 55,7%. There was no effect of the intention to use Simpustronik on actual usage of Simpustronik (p=0.06).
