dc.description.abstractABSTRACT Entrepreneur is defined as a person who creates useful work for themselves. Entrepreneur comes from the word entrependere (in French), which means a bold endeavor and risky or difficult. Entrepreneur also interpreted as being able to process existing resources into a product that has value or seek to profit from the untapped other opportunities. The researches aims to analyze the influence of motivation to experience the freedom of working (x 1), the success of others (x 2), self efficacy (x 3), and the risk tolerance (x 4) simultaneously and partially on student desire to become an entrepreneur (y), and which variables are the most dominant influence on student desire to become an entrepreneur. The data used in this study is primary data collected through questionnaire method. The population in question in this research is Jember University Faculty of Economics who has a desire to become an entrepreneur. The number of samples taken is as much as 50 respondents. The data analysis technique used is factor analysis, multiple regression analysis techniques, F test, t test. The analysis showed that the ability to feel the desire of independent variables (X the success of others (X 2), self efficacy (X 3) and tolerance of risk (X simultaneously influence students to become entrepreneurs in the Faculty of Economics, viii 4) University of Jember is amounted to 81.7%, while 18.3% is explained by other variables. All independent variables have an effect simultaneously (together) on the dependent variable (the desire to be an entrepreneur in the Faculty of Economics, University of Jember). Variable desire to feel independent, others success and risk tolerance will have a real and significant effect on the desire to be an entrepreneur on the Faculty of Economics, University of Jember. Variable tolerance of the risk is the most dominant variable. This is evidenced by the large Beta results and contributed much to the desire to become an entrepreneur in the Faculty of Economics, University of Jember.en_US
