ANALISIS INTEGRASI WILAYAH SECARA EKONOMI DAN SPASIAL DI KABUPATEN SITUBONDO DAN KABUPATEN BONDOWOSO DI SATUAN WILAYAH PEMBANGUNAN IV PROPINSI JAWA TIMUR

Abstract

Settlement of Space in East Java basically cannot get out of fact there be still his pattern of regional growth of marginal region and nucleus; core because do not each; every area own excellence which can be made by as sector of supporter of area development. Hence conception development with through region of development in each; every set of the marginal region (hinterland) integrated in one union with one nucleus; core region (growth of polar) becoming one of the strategics. This research aim to know characteristic and growth of performance of economics covering PDRB, economic growth, and the earnings per capita in Situbondo Regency and Bondowoso Regency and to know there is do or not it have relation or link of economic integration between Situbondo Regency and Bondowoso Regency, seen from economic growth and the earnings per capita. Result of study indicate that characteristic of its macro economic indicator almost the pattern namely creation of NTB of Situbondo Regency twice of the compared to big of Bondowoso Regency, economic growth of second area trend to still be tardy and downhill the trend but growth of economic activity both have prospect of is although still be tardy, Situbondo Regency have relation or link of functional integration seen from side of economic growth with Bondowoso Regency. This matter is shown by result analyse trend of growth and analyse causality of Granger which indication that two the region own functional relation or link and that economic growth of Situbondo Regency own indirect relation or link on a long term with Bondowoso Regency but do not on the contrary.
