Abstract

Poverty represent problems of economics faced by every state in the world. The objective of this research was to find out whether there was direct influence of technology, education and membership to limitation access of public facility and poverty and also indirect influence through limitation access of public facility to poverty. This research used survay explanatory that is aim to mean to explain relation of kausal between variables through examination of hypothesis and to see influence of free variable and is not free. Data analysis method applied was Path Analysis. Data obtained in this research was primary data through questioner and secondary data. Pursuant to result of analysis of path express that technological variable, education and membership have an effect on direct and signifikan to poverty and also have an effect on direct and signifikan to limitation access of public facility and also have an effect on indirectly and signifikan to poverty through limitation access of public facility. Some suggestion able to be raised by is needing the existence of addition of facility and service of more facilitating public of poverty to exploit technology and also improve education and membership through addition of medium education of which can reached by impecunious society or also gift of motivation through counselling by governmental side so that can improve the spirit of impecunious society to increase the quality of its life.
