ANALISIS KINERJA UPT RUMAH SAKIT PARU JEMBER SEBELUM DAN SESUDAH BADAN LAYANAN UMUM (BLU)

Abstract

This research aimed to know and analyze nonfinancial performance and financial performance UPT Jember pulmonary hospital before and after Public Service Agencies (BLU). Nonfinancial performance and financial performance Jember pulmonary hospital before the Public Service Agencies (BLU) will be analyzed and be compared with nonfinancial performance and financial performance Jember pulmonary hospital after Public Service Agencies (BLU). This research includes qualitative research with descriptive and comparative analysis approach that aims to give description of object’s condition based on the viewed fact and to give comparative analysis of performance comparison of Jember pulmonary hospital before and after Public Service Agencies (BLU), consists of analysis of nonfinancial performance measured by using BOR, TOI, BTO, ALOS, GDR, and NDR, and analysis of financial performance measured using liquidity ratios, solvency ratios, profitability ratios Cost Recovery Rate, and the level of independence. The results of research shows that non financial performance measured by using value of BOR, TOI, BTO, and ALOS after BLU its value is not too different with before BLU, but for GDR and NDR after BLU its value is too much from criteria/standard of service performance. Financial performance of Jember pulmonary hospital after BLU is better if it is compared with before BLU.
