PENGARUH UNSUR-UNSUR DALAM SISTEM PENGENDALIAN MANAJEMEN TERHADAP EFEKTIVITAS KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA PT. KERETA API INDONESIA (PERSERO) DAOP IX JEMBER
Abstract
Management Control Systems is one of several types of planning and
controlling activities that exist within an organization. As a transportation services
company, PT Indonesia Railways (Limited) Daop IX Jember need to implement good
management control system in order to achieve company goals. The purpose of this
research was to determine the effect of the elements in the control system of the
effectiveness of employee performance management PT Indonesia Railways (Limited)
Daop IX Jember. This study used a descriptive method to explain the results obtained
in the field. The data used are primary data obtained through questionnaires to the 97
employees of PT Indonesia Railways (Limited) Daop IX Jember. The data analysis
technique used to test the hypotheses is multiple linear regression analysis.
Regression results indicate that the result of the t test, it is known that the
variable X3, X4, and X5 no significant effect on the variable Y as the probability
value is greater than 0.05, respectively ie 0.649, 0.645, and 0.229. This means that
the variable plans, procedures, and records no significant influence on the
effectiveness of employee performance. While the variables X1, X2, X6, X7, and X8
has a significant effect on the variable Y with a probability value of 0.000. This
indicates that the variable of organization, policies, reporting, personnel, and review
of internal significantly influence the effectiveness of employee performance.
