Beberapa Faktor yang Berhubungan Dengan Kesertaan KB Baru Pada Pasangan Usia Subur (PUS) Di Desa Karangpring Kecamatan Sukorambi Kabupaten Jember
Abstract
Family Planning is a program that is dedicated to assist a couple or an individual in
achieving his/her reproduction objective. This program becomes crucial because is
has tremendous effect to development of population year by year while the
Indonesian territory is unchanged. The improvement of participating practice family
planning is the basic factor in achieving properous family as the aim of the
development.. The objective of this research is to know the relationship between
education, income, knowledge, and attitude with the participation of all the new
methods of family planning to the couples in Marriage Couples. This research used
cross sectional approach with analityc survey research. This area of this research
Karangpring Village – subdistrict of Sukorambi – Jember. The population and
sample of the resarch are the couples in fertile period that attain the age of 15-44
years old. To find the sample of the research, the researcher used proportionale
random sampling. Based on this method, the researcher got 77 couples in fertile
period, respectively : 13 couples from Krajan, 21 couples from Karangpring, 18
couples from Durjo, and 25 couples from Gendir. In determining the sample, random
by names is used. In collecting dat, the researcher used questionnaire. Chi Square
test with 95 % level of significance and α 0,05 is used to analyze the data. Data that
does not fulfil the terms using Chi Square test, will be tested using Fisher’s Exact.
The result of this research is described as follows : There is no any significant
relationship between education and attitude to the participation of the new method of
family planning to the marriage couples in reproduction age.There is any significant
relationship between income and knowledge to the participation of the new method of
family planning to the marriage couples in reproduction age.
