PENGARUH DUKUNGAN SOSIAL TERHADAP PARTISIPASI SUB PEMBANTU PETUGAS KELUARGA BERENCANA DESA (SUB PPKBD) DALAM PROGRAM KB (Studi pada Kecamatan Ajung Kabupaten Jember)

Abstract

Sub PPKBD participation in KB Program was one of the way to determine the success of KB Program. Sub PPKBD participation in KB Program tend to be less active in Ajung Distric-Jember, that was influenced by social support from the people closest of Sub PPKBD such as the family, community, community leaders, and health guidance (KB guidance who worked in Female Empowerment and Family Planning Institute and worked in distric of Jember is KB Instructor. The purpose of the study was to analyze the influence of social support for Sub PPKBD participation in KB Program. This study was analytical research with cross-sectional design. The population in this study were 39 cadres with a sample of the total population. Result presented in the form of frequency distribution table and analyzed by using statistics of simple linier regression test with significant standard (α = 0.05). From result of this research shows that the factors, which have relationship with the Sub PPKBD participation in KB Program are support of Sub PPKBD’s family (ρ = 0.014), community (ρ = 0.0001), community leaders (ρ = 0.025), and health guidance (ρ = 0.115). Variables that influence the Sub PPKBD participation in KB Program together are support of Sub PPKBD’s family, community, and community leaders. To increase the Sub PPKBD participation, then BPPKB should increase commitment’s goverment of Jember Regency concerning procurement of incentives for Sub PPKBD. Technical Executor Unit Institute should increase the rate coaching, facilitation, and training for Sub PPKBD. Community leader and Sub PPKBD’s family must help and assist during the implementation of KB activities as well participate urge society to become KB acceptors.
