dc.description.abstract | The Background of this research was the result of TT2+ coverage achievement in
Jember district, based on the results of screening tests and immunizations TT in 2010
that was equal to 79.8%, with thelowestTT2+ coverage of pregnant women
atLedokombo community health centers at 72.8%.The purpose of this research was to
analyze the risk factors the status of TT immunization of pregnant women in the
Ledokombocommunity health center, the district of Jember in 2010. This research
used analytical survey method with cross-sectional study approach.Samples obtained
were 75 people.Sampling was carried out using proportional random sampling
technique.The data were obtained by interviews using a questionnaire.The statistical
analysis used a logistic regression with α = 0.05. The results showed that the factors
influencing maternal TT immunization status were the status of work (p=0.003),
knowledge (p= 0.011), attitude (p= 0.002), active immunization officer (p= 0.005),
family support (p= 0.001), community support (p = 0.0001). The most dominant
factor influencing TT immunization status of pregnant women was the support of the
community. From the results of this research it expected the cooperation between the
public, immunization staff and family to help support and motivate pregnant women
to obtain the complete TT immunization. | en_US |
