Abstract

Women labor productivity in cigarette industry become important, because tax and customs contribution from cigarette industry which given big enough for the state. The purpose of this study was to know influence of the work period, age and incentive to women labor productivity of hand rolled division. The result showed that age has opposite influence for women labor productivity at hand rolled division, according to improvement of age will decreasing women labor productivity at hand rolled division. Work period and incentive have unidirectional influence to women labor productivity at hand rolled division, longer the work period and higher the level of incentive will increasing women labor productivity at hand rolled division.
