FAKTOR – FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI JUMLAH TENAGA KERJA PADA INDUSTRI MEBEL DI KECAMATAN GADINGREJO KOTA PASURUAN

Abstract

This research aim to know influence of advantage, capital employed and age of effort to amount of labour furniture industries in District of Gadingrejo Pasuruan City. This research use analysis of multiple regressions. Result of research indicate that advantage, capital employed, and age of effort have significance influence to amount of labour furniture industries. As a whole its major effect of advantage, capital employed and age of effort to amount of labour furniture industries equal to 0,842 or 84,2%, while the rest equal to 0,158 or 15,8% influenced by other factor outside the analysis. Conclusion this research show that advantage (X1), capital employed (X2) and age of effort (X3) have result which simultaneously significance to amount of labour industries with F value equal to 68,624 with probability of F value equal to 0,000. Partially, advantage (X1) have value of t probability equal to 0,010, capital employed (X2) have value of t probability equal to 0,000 this value indicate that probability value t smaller than significance of level (α = 0,05) or have influence which significance to amount of labour furniture industries. Age of effort (X3) have value ot t probability equal to 0,177, this value indicate that probability value t higher than significance of level (α = 0,05) or haven’t influence which significance to amount of labour furniture industries.
