FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI PRODUKTIVITAS TENAGA KERJA BAGIAN PENYORTIRAN PADA KOPERASI AGROBISNIS TARUTAMA NUSANTARA (KOPA TTN) DI KABUPATEN JEMBER

Abstract

This research is made as a mean to know the level of influence old age, year of service and education to labour productivity part of sorting at Koperasi Agrobisnis Tarutama Nusantara ( KOPA TTN) in Sub-Province of Jember. The object of this research is labour part of sorting at Koperasi Agrobisnis Tarutama Nusantara ( KOPA TTN). This Research research use descriptive research method of population, and eksplanatori which is used in this research is labour part of sorting of Koperasi Agrobisnis Tarutama Nusantara ( KOPA TTN) counted 50 people, all population member taken as research sampel. Used data analysis in this research is Analysis of Regresi Doubled, and also use statistical test to know significancy of influence of age, year of service and education to productivity. The result of data analysis indicated that age have negative influence to labour productivity part of sorting, it means if age mount 1 year hence downhill labour productivity equal to 0,0613 kg/week. Year of service have influence which are positive to labour productivity, it means if natural year of service of improvement 1 year hence labour productivity mount equal to 0,521 kg/week. While education have influence which are positive to labour productivity, it means if education mount 1 year hence labour productivity mount equal to 0,597 kg/week. The result of coefficient analysis of determinasi (R 2 ) indicates that change of productivity which caused influence of age, year of service and education is equal to 72,7% while the rest 27,3% influenced by other factors which aren’t analysed in this research model. From the result can be concluded that third the factor that is age, year of service and education have significant effect to labour productivity part of sorting at Koperasi Agrobisnis Tarutama Nusantara (KOP-A TTN) in Sub-Province of Jember.
