STUDI DETERMINASI PADA TINGKAT PARTISIPASI KERJA ANGGOTA KELUARGA JURU PARKIR DI KABUPATEN JEMBER

Abstract

Incomes which are accept by parking man still include of lower incomes to life their familiy and the primer living price grow up again and again. This situation make the parking man as a leader of family decide to follow the family member to work. Participation Level of The Family Members of the Parking Man In Jember shows of the family’s work. The purposes of this research are to know the level of formal education, incomes, the number of family members, and age. The data collected have been analyzed through multiple regression, the results shows that incomes have an effect on positive and significant to Participation Level of The Family Members of The Parking Man in Jember, so increasing of income will increase the Participation Level of The Family Members of The Parking Man in Jember. Education have an effect on positive and significant to Participation Level of The Family Members of The Parking Man in Jember. The number of family members have an effect on negative and not significant to Participation Level of The Family Members of The Parking Man in Jember. Age do not have influence to Participation Level of The Family Members of The Parking Man in Jem
