PENGARUH PENGELOLAAN KEUANGAN TERHADAP PENERAPAN GOOD GOVERNANCE ( Studi empiris pada Pemerintah Kabupaten Jember )

Abstract

This research is examining the influence of financial management toward the implementation of good governance on governmental agencies and departments of Jember Regency. Where the management that is transparancy, accountable, respondibility, independent and fairness as independent variables, and than good governance as dependent variable. The sample used purposive sampling methods where labors from department and egency as population and each them determined as sample amount 10 people. Questionnaires had been spreading were 190 questionnaires that may be analyzed amount 138 questionnaires with each agencies and departments distribution.

The purpose of research is to examine and understand the influence of financial management with transparancy, accountable, responsibility, independent and fairness toward the implementation of good governance. Statistically, the result show that independent variable which from the influence of financial management with transparancy, accountable, responsibility, independent and fairness simoultanously influence for dependent variable that is good governance. Furthermore, to understand one of variable that have influence use t test. The result show that overally from independent variables influence significantly toward the implementation of good corporate governance at 0.05 degree (a). Finally, the conclution may be drawn that overally variables of financial management that are transparancy, accountable, responsibility, independent and fairness influence for implementation of good governance. Therefore, agencies and departments in Jember Regency continously may be increasing principles of financial management and than realize good governance.
