| dc.description.abstract | In order to fulfill their life, human will take all chances to reach the
economic level that they wanted. In this situation human will try to get income,
this research will take point on the salary of elementary teacher in district
kaliwates sub province jember to get the information about the effect of the
education, work time, spare time and motivation or work spirit to the salary of the
elementary teacher.
This research use explanatory descriptive method to know is there any
effect between work times, spare time, and motivation or work spirit with the
level of salary. The writer use proportional cluster random sampling method with
353 populations, and it will take only 75 unit of respondents. The data analysis of
the research use double linier regression and also use statistical method. From the
double linier regression will get determination coefficient (R) about 0,708 or
70,78 percent, its mean that the elementary teacher salary was impact by
education, work times, spare time, motivation or work spirit variable and the rest
28,22percent effected by another factors outside the model. From the probability
score F show that education (x1), work times (x2), spare time (x3), motivation or
work spirit (x4) effect on the salary of elementary teacher in Kecamatan
