dc.description.abstractThis research aims to determine the formulation of a high-quality compressed air system for an egg tray printing machine. The appropriate and efficient compressed air system is essential to ensure the quality and productivity in the egg tray production process. The study addresses challenges related to the use of suboptimal compressed air systems, such as product damage due to excessive air pressure. The research combines experimental and analytical approaches to identify the optimal formulation for the compressed air system. The initial step involves analyzing the pressure and air volume requirements of the egg tray printing machine. Subsequently, the performance of the existing compressed air system is evaluated by collecting data on air quality and energy consumption. The research findings indicate that the egg tray printing machine requires compressed air with stable pressure and high quality. Through data analysis, several challenges in the current compressed air system are identified, including the mold condition of the equipment and the air pressure conditions in the compressor. Therefore, a more efficient formulation for the compressed air system needs to be designed. The ultimate outcome of this study is the implementation of a new compressed air system on the egg tray printing machine, resulting in improved product quality, reduced air humidity and contamination, and optimized energy consumption. With the enhanced compressed air system, it is expected to increase efficiency and productivity in the egg tray production process and minimize defects. This research can also serve as a reference for future researchers utilizing compressed air systems in their production processes to enhance quality and operational efficiency by determining the best formulation.en_US
