dc.description.abstract | The materials used to create a comfortable, open and supportive environment where participants feel safe to actively participate in learning are known as Building Learning Commitment materials. Trainees who are adults require a fluid atmosphere in learning so that they can concentrate well during the training process. The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is a relationship between Building Learning Commitment and the learning concentration of PPKS trainees at UPT Balai Diklat KKB Jember. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative research. The sample for this study comprised PPKS trainees at UPT Balai Diklat KKB Jember. The results indicated that there is a relationship between Building Learning Commitment and the learning concentration of PPKS trainees at the UPT Balai Diklat KKB Jember.Analysis of pearson product moment correlation data between Building Learning Commitment (X) and Learning Concentration (Y) has an r value of 0.757 so that the interpretation value is said to be strong with an r-table of 0.320 so Ha is accepted, then analysis of pearson product moment correlation data introductions and communication (X1) with Learning Concentration (Y) has an r value of 0, 661 so that the interpretation value is said to be strong with an r-table of 0.320 so Ha is accepted, Furthermore, the data analysis of the pearson product moment correlation of expectations and concerns (X2) with Learning Concentration (Y) has an r value of 0.504, the interpretation value is said to be quite strong with an r-table of 0.320, so Ha is accepted, while the data analysis of the pearson product moment correlation of learning commitment (X3) with Learning Concentration (Y) has an r value of 0.806, the interpretation value is said to be very strong with an r-table of 0.320, so Ha is accepted so that the three indicators of variable X have a relationship with variable Y . | en_US |
