    Abstract
    ujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap lingkungan dan motivasi serta dampaknya terhadap kinerja pegawai perempuan di sekretariat jenderal senat Kamboja. Dalam studi ini, peneliti menggunakan teknik random sampling proporsional, dengan 156 responden sebagai sampel total. Sesuai dengan tujuan yang dijelaskan di atas, penelitian ini merumuskan tiga hipotesis yaitu apakah kepemimpinan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai sekretariat jenderal senat Kamboja, apakah motivasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai sekretariat jenderal senat Kamboja, dan apakah lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan sekretariat jenderal senat Kamboja. Untuk memudahkan pemecahan masalah tersebut, penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis regresi ganda kapal dengan bantuan SPSS 19.0. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, motivasi berpengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan lingkungan kerja memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Saran untuk penelitian lebih lanjut untuk lebih mempertimbangkan variabel-variabel yang terkait erat dengan variabel dalam penelitian ini. Kata kunci: Kepemimpinan, Lingkungan, Motivasi, Kinerja pegawai perempuan. ix ABSTRACT The purposes of this study are to investigate the influence of leadership on the environment and motivation as well as their impact on performance of women officials at the secretariat general senate of Cambodia. In this study, the researcher uses proportionate random sampling technique, with 156 respondents as the total sample. In accordance with the purposes described above, this study formulates three hypotheses namely whether leadership has influence on employee performance of the secretariat general senate of Cambodia, whether motivation has influence on employee performance of the secretariat general senate of Cambodi a, and whether work environment has influence on employee performance of the secretariat general senate of Cambodia. To ease the troubleshooting, this study employs analysis method of double liner regression with the help of SPSS 19.0. The results of this study are leadership has positive influence which is significant on employee performance, motivation has positive influence which is significant on employee performance, and work environment has positive influence which is significant on employee performance. The suggestion for the further research is to better consider the variables which are closely related to the variables in this study.
