D-19 is an infectious disease that has spread so widely worldwide that on March 9, 2020, WHO officially declared COVID-19 a pandemic. The vaccination program designed by the government is an important part of overcoming the pandemic. The low achievement of COVID-19 vaccination in children in the Mlandingan Health Center working area is consistent with COVID-19 cases in children aged 1-12 years, namely 4.83% in 2022. This study aims to determine the factors influencing parents' willingness to vaccinate against COVID-19 in children aged 6-11. This study used a cross-sectional study approach. The study's results showed no effect of the respondent's generation, gender, and marital status on the willingness to vaccinate against COVID-19 in children aged 6-11 years, with a p-value > 0.005. There is an effect of the education level and ethnicity of the respondent on the willingness to vaccinate against COVID-19 in children with a p-value = 0.001. Perceived Susceptibility, Severity, Barrier, Benefits, Self-efficacy, and Cues to Action influence children's willingness to vaccinate against COVID-19 with p-value = 0.001. From the results of this study, the characteristics of the respondents that influence the willingness to vaccinate against COVID-19 are the level of education and ethnicity of the respondent. Respondents' perceptions based on the Health Belief Model influence willingness to vaccinate against COVID-19 in children 6-11 years old.en_US
