PENGARUH BUDAYA ORGANISASI DAN MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP KEPUASAN DAN PRODUKTIFITAS KERJA (STUDI PADA BADAN KEPEGAWAIAN KABUPATEN JEMBER)
Abstract
The process of national development that persisted recently, had been
shifted from the frame of authoritative system to democracy system, it could
caused the government implementation became spotlight especially in
transparency aspect, accountability, efficiency and effectiveness.The people
growth that dynamically along with the life quality improvement and education
for people added with the growth in technology and information could make the
improvement of empowering process in society’s environment. because of that,
bureaucracy service in public sector also expected to followed the changes that
happen quickly and dynamic as like as what happened in society. man powering
agency as the institution that got to formed policies, doing coordination, planning
and conducted the authorities of the government of jember in the field of work
improvement and employee’s prosperity, provisioning ,formation, mutation,
organized the employee’s data, and conducted education and training for the
employees, had important role in government implementation. To improve
service and work quality then man powering agency needed to empowering inside
the organization itself, so it expected the productivity could improved. as the
element inside the organization, employee is important factor in organization
movement. the aim of this researched was to researching about factors that
influenced employee’s productivity that is organization culture, work motivation,
and work satisfying. This researched was quantities researching and researched
that had been held is explanatory researched with the overall samples employees
of man powering agency of jember there was 70 men. analysis model that used in
this researched is structural equation modeling (SEM). From the result of this
researched could concluded, that is organization culture variable dominantly
influenced to work productivities through work satisfying that is in the amount of
1,107. whereas, work motivation variable influenced was influencing the next
variable that had strong influenced to work productivity of the employees through
work satisfying after organization culture influenced in amount of 0,977.
