Identifikasi Faktor-faktor yang Mempengaruhi Kelaikan Fungsi Bangunan Gedung Menggunakan Diagram Fishbone (Studi Kasus: Gedung Pelayanan Publik di Kecamatan Sumbersari, Kaliwates, dan Patrang)

Abstract

The safety of buildings is a crucial factor in preventing unwanted incidents. To address this issue, the government has established administrative and technical feasibility requirements based on the function of the building. One of these requirements is the possession of a Certificate of Feasibility (Sertifikat Laik Fungsi, SLF). In Jember Regency, there are public service buildings that will be inspected to determine their eligibility for obtaining an SLF. Furthermore, many building owners or managers are still unaware of the importance of the SLF. The fishbone diagram method is used to identify the main factors affecting the effectiveness and issues studied. Therefore, this study aims to assess the readiness level of public service building managers in implementing the SLF in Jember Regency. The research steps include literature review, data collection, analysis using the fishbone diagram model, and formulating recommendations to enhance building feasibility requirements. The analysis using the fishbone diagram and brainstorming revealed 21 dominant variables in the application of building feasibility requirements and several efforts that can be undertaken to improve these requirements.
