dc.description.abstractThis study aims to determine the effect of training and work motivation on employee performance at UD. Gading Bakery Gresik. This research approach uses quantitative research. The sample of this research is 38 employees of UD. Gading Bakery Gresik. Data collection techniques in this study used a questionnaire which was then analyzed, tested data instruments, tested classical assumptions, tested multiple linear analysis, and tested the hypothesis using SPSS26. The results of the data analysis show that training and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The conclusion of this study is that if the company routinely provides training and work motivation, it will be easier for employees to carry out the assigned tasks and have high morale so that they can improve employee performance.en_US
