Science, technology, engineering, and math education (RBL-STEM) has been a major focus in the development of higher education curricula. RBL-STEM education involves learning methods that are research-based and integrate science, technology, engineering, and mathematics in real-world contexts. One of the thinking skills that is quite influential in the learning process is the Conjecture thinking skill which can be developed through graphs. Supply Chain Management is one of the real-life applications of the concept of artificial neural networks used to manage all processes involved in product manufacturing from raw material processing to distribution to consumers. This study aims to develop learning tools with a research-based learning model with a STEM approach to find out how it affects students' conjecture thinking skills. This research uses a combination model method which can be called a Sequential Exploratory design. This device has met the validity criterion of 3.25≤ Va<4, the advice from validators does not change the device as a whole, but only a small part. The validity score obtained in each device is 3.58 for RTM (valid), 3.5 for LKM (valid) with a percentage of 87%, and 3.5 with a percentage of 89% for THB (valid)In addition, a trial of learning outcome tests, student activity analysis, and student response results were carried out to test the effectiveness of the device. The results of the answers collected by students were obtained by 16 students getting scores above 60. Therefore, there are 70% of students who are complete and have understood one of the criteria for a device to be called effective. This research began by providing pre-tests to students, continued with learning using MFIs that had been developed and ended with giving post-test questions. Because the p-value was 0.09 > 0.05, the results of the data normality. The paired samples t test findings showed a p-value of 〖2.2e〗^(-16)>0.05. which demonstrated that the increase in conjecturing thinking abilities.en_US
