Abstract

Logistics planning is needed by hospital especially planning conducted in participatory. If it is still done with a top down approach, the realization of to buy equipment hospitals are not fulfilled based on the scale of priority needs in a unit of work with the intent of the planning that is made a superior not according to what is actually needed by any unit in hospital. The general objective of this research was to assess the effectiveness of the preparation of the budget planning of logistics through participatory approaches. This type of research is used that is descriptive research with qualitative approach. In this research, the determination of an informer is an informant who participate directly in the preparation of budget planning through participatory approach. Focus research conducted researcher covering process and output of drafting planning budget logistics by approach participatory and criteria of judgment effectiveness planning. This research used technique data with interview, observation and triangulation. The result showed process of the planning budget is based on program fixed the hospital. Output that result is documents that are incorporated by the passage planning and development. Effectiveness logistic planning is done by hospital based on assessment of criteria effectiveness planning, it is performed effective but there are few obstacles. For Hospitals need to optimize the application of SIM RS in hospitals, formed a special hospitals team logistics, and the recording is done on the special software. The report was conducted by discipline and data have been changes needs confirmation to related fields.
