The gig economy is a work concept related to short-term projects within a certain time where workers are not bound by contracts. Flexibility and fairly easy entry are special characteristics of this job so that it can attract job interest. Workers can determine how long they want to work as long as they are able to achieve the targets set by the company. One of the jobs in this sector that is currently popular among the public, especially in Jember Regency, is online transportation services such as Gojek and Grab. The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of online motorcycle taxi drivers' work interest through the variables of wages, working hours, education and work environment, where work interest is classified into two categories, namely main and side jobs. The type of research used is quantitative research through binary logistic regression analysis. The data collection method in this research uses primary data by distributing questionnaires offline and online. The research results show that wages and work environment are positively correlated and significantly influence online motorcycle taxi drivers' work interest. Meanwhile, the variables working hours and education are positively correlated and do not significantly influence work interest.en_US
