PENGARUH GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI PADA DINAS KOPERASI DAN USAHA MIKRO, KECIL DAN N U V I J E E R S B E M MENENGAH DI KABUPATEN JEMBER
Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership style on the
performance of chairman of Dinas Koperasi dan Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan
Menengah at Jember district. The study population were employees of the Office
of Dinas Koperasi dan Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah at Jember district,
amounting to 38 people. The analysis used is a simple linear regression analysis,
by testing the hypothesis using the t test Research with quantitative approach,
using census methods for data collection, however, in the discussion of using
some qualitative approaches to better explain the results of the analysis.
Chairman’s leadership style of Dinas Koperasi dan Usaha Mikro, Kecil
dan Menengah at Jember district described in the style of directive leadership,
supportive, and participative. The results of the analysis and hypothesis testing to
prove that leadership with regression coefficient 1.503 and 2.044 t

performance.

So that research can be concluded that the Chairman’s leadership style of
Dinas Koperasi dan Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah at Jember district
elaborated in a participatory leadership style variable, supportive, and directive
proved significant positive effect on employee performance Dinas Koperasi dan
Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah at Jember district.
