Perencanaan Kebutuhan Alat Gali Muat dan Alat Angkut untuk Mencapai Target Produksi Ore Getting pada Bukit 30 PT ANTAM Tbk UBPB Tayan

Abstract

PT ANTAM Tbk UBPB is a company engaged in mining, especially bauxite. PT ANTAM Tbk UBPB's has a production target of Crude bauxite (Cbx) which has been determined by the mine plan is 150,000 tons/month. The planning phase of the mine will be planned in such a way as to obtain optimal results. One of the phase of mine plan is planning the needs of digging and loading equipment. The purpose of this research is to obtain the amount of digging and loading equipment necessary to achieve ore getting capacity. The plan for the needs of digging and loading equipment to complete the production target of 150,000 tons/month is carried out by calculating work efficiency time, equipment productivity capabilities, and match factors. The results of this research obtained effective working hours at PT ANTAM Tbk UBPB which are 14.45 hours on weekdays and 8.46 hours on weekends, the productivity of HITACI ZX350 excavator digging and loading equipment is 433.02 tons/hour and the productivity of FM HINO 500 dump truck transportation is 18,117 tons/hour. The conclusion of this research was obtained the amount of heavy equipment needs to achieve ore getting production targets, by using 2 units of HITACI ZX350 Excavators and 47 units of FM HINO 500 dump trucks for 2 fleets. The match factor obtained from this combination is 1.00 which means a combination of digging and loading equipment is matching.
