Pengaruh Rasio Keuangan Terhadap Initial Return Setelah Initial Public Offering (Studi Kasus Perusahaan Manufaktur Yang Terdaftar di BEI Periode 2017-2021)

Abstract

The Effect of Financial Ratios on Initial Return After Initial Public Offering (Study of Manufacturing Companies Registered on the IDX for the 2017-2021 period). This study aims to determine the effect of financial ratios on initial returns after an Initial Public Offering (IPO) in manufacturing companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2021 period. The ratios used in this study are Current Ratio (CR), Return On Assets (ROA), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Earning Per Share (EPS). This research is a type of explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The research data used is secondary data obtained from the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population in this study amounted to 65 companies, and the sample used in this study amounted to 59 companies.The research sample was taken using purposive sampling method. Analysis of research data using multiple linear analysis. The hypothesis used is the F-Statistics Test with a significance level of 5%. The results of the study show that ROA has a significant negative effect on initial return. CR, DER and EPS have no significant positive effect on initial return.
