dc.description.abstractThe road preservation project is one of the infrastructure project. Infrastructure has many risks and uncertainties in its implementation process. These risks can affect the productivity, quality and budget of the project. Therefore it is necessary to plan risk control in project implementation. The planning stage consists of risk identification using the HIRA method and a severity index. The risk value that has been obtained is then determined by the dominant risk using the Pareto diagram and controlled by the dominant risk using the HAZOP method. The results of risk identification obtained 26 variables. Furthermore, calculations were carried out with a pareto diagram and obtained 17 dominant risks and 2 high dominant risk control obtained 9 recommended solutions.en_US
