    Abstract
    Pengaruh Komunikasi, Kepemimpinan, Lingkungan Kerja dan Kopensasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Dalam Mengimplementasikan Operasi Lalu Lintas Penerbangan di PT Angkasa Pura I (Persero) Ngurah Rai Tuban Bali, Oleh I Ketut Muderana, dengan Jumlah responden 75 orang di Divisi operasi lalu lintas penerbangan. Perusahaan penerbangan dalam memberikan pelayanan lalu lintas penerbangan akan berhasil sangat tergantung pada kualitas sumber daya manusianya yaitu karyawan yang profesional, trampil, disiplin dan mau bekerja keras, sehingga besar kemungkinan perusahaan dapat mencapai keuntungan, selanjutnya dapat mencapai tujuan sesuai tujuan yang telah ditetapkan. Perolehan keuntungan pada tingkat yang maksimal dan disertai dengan perkembangan perusahaan secara berkesinambungan, tanpa mengabaikan tuntutan individu para karyawan. Tesis yang berjudul “Pengaruh Komunikasi, Kepemimpinan, Lingkungan Kerja dan Kompensasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Dalam Mengimplementasikan Operasi Lalu Lintas Penerbangan di PT Angkasa Pura I (Persero) Ngurah Rai Tuban Bali” ini mengangkat permasalahan tentang pengaruh komunikasi, kepemimpinan, lingkungan kerja dan kompensasi baik secara simultan maupun secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan dalam mengimplementasikan operasi lalu lintas penerbangan di PT Angkasa Pura I (Persero) Ngurah Rai Tuban Bali. Metode uji yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda yang dilengkapi dengan uji asumsi klasik. Uji asumsi klasik yang dimaksud adalah uji normalitas, uji heterokedastisitas dan uji multikolinearitas. Uji hipotesis menggunakan uji F untuk uji pengaruh simultan dan uji t untuk uji pengaruh parsial. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan adalah sebanyak 75 orang karyawan PT Angkasa Pura I (Persero) Ngurah Rai Tuban Bali. Hasil uji menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi, kepemimpinan, lingkungan kerja dan kompensasi baik secara simultan maupun secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dalam mengimplementasikan operasi lalu lintas penerbangan di PT Angkasa Pura I (Persero) Ngurah Rai Tuban Bali. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang penulis lakukan, hasil analisis data dan pembahasan yang ada, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa komunikasi, kepemimpinan, lingkungan kerja dan kompensasi baik secara simultan maupun secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dalam mengimplementasikan ,....The Effect of Communication, Leadership, Job Environment and Compensation to Employee Performance on Traffic Implementing of Airline Operations Aviation at PT Angkasa Pura I (Persero) Ngurah Rai Tuban Bali, by I Ketut Muderana, 75 of responder at Devision of Traffict Line Operation. Airlines in providing air traffic services will be successful depends on the quality of professional, skilled, disciplined human resources employees, and willing to work hard, so the company is likely to achieve profits, can further achieve the goal according to its intended purpose. Maximum earning accompanied by development of the company on an ongoing basis, without ignoring demands of individual employees. Thesis entitled "The Effect of Communication, Leadership, Job Environment and Compensation to Employee Performance on Traffic Implementing of Airline Operations Aviation at PT Angkasa Pura I (Persero) Ngurah Rai Tuban Bali" raised the issue about the effect of communication, leadership, Job environment and compensation both simultaneous or partially to the employee's performance in implementing air traffic operations at PT Angkasa Pura I (Persero ) Ngurah Rai Tuban Bali. The method of analysis is using multiple linear regression which is equipped with the classical assumption test. Classical assumption test was including normality, heterokedastisity and multicollinearity. Test of hypothesis using the F test to examine the simultaneous effect and t test for partial effect. The number of samples used as many as 75 employees of PT Angkasa Pura I (Persero) Ngurah Rai Tuban Bali's. The test results indicate that communication, leadership, Job environment and compensation have significant effect on employee performance in implementing air traffic operations at PT Angkasa Pura I (Persero) Ngurah Rai Tuban Bali's, either simultaneously or partially. Based on the results of research has conducted by author, the results of data analysis and discussion, it can be concluded that communication, leadership, Job environment and compensation have significant effect on employee performance in implementing air traffic operations at PT Angkasa Pura I ( Persero) Ngurah Rai Tuban Bali, either simultaneously or partially. This conclusion can be explained in detail as mentioned below.
